Common questions about our supported accommodation services
FAQ
Got questions? We've got answers.
Our accommodation is available to adults aged 18 and over who need supported housing. This includes individuals experiencing homelessness, care leavers, those with low-level mental health needs, people in recovery from substance misuse, and others who may benefit from a structured and supported living environment.
Referrals can be made by support workers, councils, charities, and other organisations through our referral form. Self-referrals are also accepted. Visit our referral page for more information.
All rooms are fully furnished and include bills, Wi-Fi, and access to communal areas. Professional support is also provided, either on-site or through regular visits, depending on the property and individual needs.
We work with landlords across the UK to lease properties for supported accommodation. We offer long-term agreements, guaranteed rent, and full property management. Visit our landlords page to find out more or submit a property enquiry.
We currently have properties in Birmingham and Sheffield, and we are actively expanding into new areas across the UK. Visit our locations page for more details.
