Our structured 5-step process from referral to independent living
Our process is designed to be straightforward, professional, and supportive at every stage. From the initial referral to ongoing tenancy support, we ensure every individual receives the right level of care.
We receive referrals from councils, support workers, charities, and other organisations. Each referral is reviewed to assess suitability and eligibility.
We carry out an initial assessment to understand the individual's background, support needs, and any risks. This helps us match them with the right accommodation.
Based on the assessment, we match the individual with a suitable property in a safe and supported environment.
On arrival, residents receive a full induction including house rules, support plans, and an introduction to their key worker.
We provide regular support, welfare checks, and reviews to help residents build skills and work toward independent living.
Dedicated key workers provide structured, one-to-one sessions to track progress and set goals.
Regular welfare visits ensure residents are safe, healthy, and well-supported at all times.
Help with benefits applications, budgeting, cooking, and other essential life skills for independence.
Connecting residents with mental health, substance misuse, and other specialist support services.
Supporting residents to access education, vocational training, and employment opportunities.
Robust safeguarding policies and ongoing risk assessments to protect all residents.
Whether you need accommodation, want to refer someone, or have a property to offer — we're here to help.
